AVI Consulting is a leading tech-based platform that helps you find the right coworking space to suit your office needs. AVI Consulting offers services for MNCs, freelancers, startups, and enterprise clients. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
AVI Consulting provides a platform for discovering, comparing, and booking flexible workspaces — from hot desks to private offices — across India. We also provide workspace providers (landlords, business centres, coworking spaces) with an opportunity to list their properties and reach potential clients.
By accessing or using the AVI Consulting platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our platform.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
You may use AVI Consulting only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Workspace providers who list their spaces on AVI Consulting ("Partners") are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided in their listings, including pricing, amenities, availability, and photographs. AVI Consulting does not independently verify all listing information and is not liable for inaccuracies.
AVI Consulting reserves the right to remove or suspend any listing that violates our policies or is found to be misleading.
When you make a booking through AVI Consulting, you enter into a direct agreement with the workspace provider. AVI Consulting acts as a facilitator and is not a party to the contract between you and the workspace provider.
You are responsible for ensuring that you meet any requirements set by the workspace provider and that the space meets your needs before confirming a booking.
Pricing displayed on listings is provided by the workspace partner and may be subject to change. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the user or workspace provider as applicable under law.
AVI Consulting is not responsible for any additional charges, fees, or taxes that may be applied by the workspace provider at the time of booking or visit.
Cancellation and refund policies vary by workspace provider. Please review the cancellation policy of a specific listing before confirming a booking. AVI Consulting is not responsible for enforcing or mediating disputes related to cancellations or refunds between users and workspace providers.
If you encounter issues with a booking, we encourage you to contact the relevant workspace provider directly. You may also reach out to AVI Consulting and we will do our best to assist.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AVI Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform or any workspace booked through it.
AVI Consulting's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to AVI Consulting, if any, in the six months preceding the claim.
All content on the AVI Consulting platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of AVI Consulting or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Your use of the AVI Consulting platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand our practices.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
